I am allergic to nuts , I develop hives, itchy throat you name it so no matter how good nuts are for me, I CANNOT HAVE THEM. My husband can eat all sorts of nuts: cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc… he loves them and they give him great benefits. His food is my poison !!
You will learn the concept of Primary Foods and Secondary Foods.
Picture your 8 year old son or daughter playing outside on Saturday morning. How many times do you have to remind them to eat? or go to the bathroom? When they’re so distracted with playing, they don’t even think about food or anything, Right? All they want to do is play and have fun. This is the concept of Primary Food. When your life is filled with balance and fun, you won’t rely on food to “fill the void.”
What will the Lifestyle Makeover do for you?
- More energy: eating less junk and more greens will give you real energy, not the fake one that keeps you wanting more coffee or energy drinks ( red bull does not give you wings, it gives diseases and jitters).

How does it work?
- We will meet on Skype once a week for 50 minutes each session, for 12 weeks.
- We will develop a plan and goals just for YOU-not what your friend on Facebook is doing- YOU! And I will take you by the hand and walk you through it step by step.
- You will get unlimited email support from me in between sessions. I will respond within 24-48 hours, whether you live in my timezone or not.
- You will get access to my newsletter and all my free recipes. Heck, we’ll even come up with new recipes for you.
- You will get a variety of handouts, books, foods, and other materials to help you reach your goals- a gift from me to you- YAY!

Denise has been an inspiration to me to really think about what I’m putting into my body and my family’s body. Processed foods & sugar especially. She had me start reading the labels on cereals & snacks and made me realize how easily it adds up and how much sugar my kids were taking in on a daily basis. She shared life stories on how her kids attitudes changed just by cutting out all that processed sugar. That inspired me to not only change my look on what I eat but to educate my kids on all this stuff and get them to want to change their eating habits too. The Test Drive
One-on-one for 6 weeks: You want to be healthy but you are afraid of commitment- I totally get it!
You know the concept of health. You took up juicing with your coworker. You have read gazillion information online about healthy eating. You even watched YouTube videos of healthy recipes but did you make them? Did ya? You are still missing something? You “do” it- get healthy for few weeks then the kids’ birthday party comes and you go back to your old habits. You need someone to coach you and hold you accountable. And I would love to be this person for you for the next 3 months. If you need more time after 3 months, let’s face it I am pretty darn cool to hang out with, you can totally extend to 12 weeks.
