FIRST STEP:
Please add admin@bzhealthymama.com to your address book, sometimes our emails go to spam by mistake.
We’ll send you all the details on the Lifestyle Makeover including the materials, the links to the resources page and the workout videos on January 16, 2020, so be sure to grab the goodies (it’ll be in your inbox if you add our email to your address book). Day 1 starts on January 20.
If you don’t receive the email on January 16, 2020, check your spam, junk, promotions, whatever folder that isn’t the inbox. If you can’t find it, please email us at admin@bzhealthymama.com and we’ll straighten out this problem for ya.
If the email was indeed in your “other” folder, move it to the “inbox” or add admin@bzhealthymama.com to your contacts list so you do receive the emails Kira and will send you when the program starts.
SECOND STEP:
Be sure to join the Facebook group today. All the coaching/training videos will be recorded and shared in the The Lifestyle Makeover Facebook group, so make sure you join to get access.
FINAL STEP:
It’s HIGHLY important to set up the account with practice better so you access the recordings and listen to them whenever you want. All of the trainings will be housed in Practice Better for an additional 2 weeks AFTER LM is done on February 16. ALL of the trainings will be locked on March 1st. We’re doing this because we want to encourage you to complete this program in its entirety so you get the results you wanted for signing up for LM. You’ll be getting a SEPARATE email to set up the PB account so please look out for that as well.
